Allergens: Please be aware that all of our baked goods are made in the same small Bakery so there may be traces of allergen ingredients across our products.

We may pack some items in the same boxes, so please let us know of any allergens in the comments section so we can pack any baked goods separately. 

Vouchers: Please note we cannot accept Bakery vouchers as part of our pre-order service.

Order cut-offs: Orders for viennoiserie, pastries and sourdough loaves close 7 days prior to your chosen day of collection. Orders for retail items are outlined on the individual product pages.

Q. When and where can I collect the order?
The Bakery will open from 8.30am until 12pm on the day of your selected pick-up. Please check your pick-up date and bring your order number with you. You can find us here.

Q. Will we be able to order coffees when we collect our orders?

Yes of course. You are also welcome to sit and enjoy your pre-ordered pastries with us in The Bakery.

Q. Do you offer shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping. All orders are to be picked up at the Bakery at Hampton Manor on your selected pick-up date. 

Q. Can I cancel/modify the order?
Due to lead times on the ingredients we will be ordering to bake. Therefore exchanges and cancellations can only be accepted if notified to us via our bakery@hamptonmanor.com, more than 14 days before your collection date.
