Rich, brothy, savoury flavours are the hallmarks of the Cheddars selected from Montgomery’s. It is drier and more stratified than most cheddars. Its almost crystalline nature makes it melt in the mouth. Neil's Yard ages Montgomery's Cheddar until it is 2 years old, to allow the deep and complex flavours.
