A sweet, mildly nutty cocoa flavour with notes of sour cherry. Made with beans from a cooperative established in 2017 which has brought much needed jobs to this remote community.
70% dark chocolate flakes simply melt into warm milk for a rich flavour and silky texture. Perfect for the Velvetiser or similar hot chocolate makers.
