Pump Street are a Suffolk based company, who source all of their chocolate from a single origin and a single farm. Through Pump Street's transparent and ethical supply chain the farmers are paid priced far greater than fair trade.

Madagascar 72%: A dark chocolate packed with flavour brought out of the fruity Madagascan beans. This chocolate has high notes of citrus mellowing into tropical fruits; ending with balanced acidity.
